TA Training and Certification

Developmental transactional analysis (TA) provides a framework of a robust theory, a systematic approach and set of tools for professionals and business leaders to facilitate personal growth, professional excellence and organisation development. These long term advanced training programmes offer progressively increasing range of application of TA in ones chosen area of work, namely managing, training, facilitating, coaching, and consulting. The various stages of training and certification are:

  • TA 101 – a two-day official introduction to TA, accredited by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA)
  • Diploma in Transactional Analysis – certification from the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA), endorsing application of TA for personal growth
  • Developmental Transactional Analysis Practitioner certification for professional application of TA in organisational, counselling and educational areas of application
  • Certified Transactional Analyst – professional certification of the ITAA
  • Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst – accreditation to train and supervise advanced TA training and certification
